To provide the course, community access and the creator programme; to process the R999 join and R499/month subscription and manage creator payouts; to communicate with you about your account, support and the programme; and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Payments are processed by Whop (current) and PayFast (being onboarded). Your payment is subject to their terms. We receive payment status, not your full card data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with service providers who help us operate (payment processors Whop and PayFast; community and hosting tools such as Discord, Google Workspace and Vercel) and our own team members who run the programme. We may disclose where required by law.
Some providers we use (such as Discord, Whop and Google) store data outside South Africa. Where we transfer your data abroad we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a comparable standard, as required by POPIA.
Members who join the creator programme may provide login details for the social accounts used in the programme. We treat these as highly sensitive: access is restricted to authorised team members only, they are used solely to operate your participation, and you may withdraw them at any time. Providing credentials is voluntary and by your consent, and you can ask us to delete them at any point.
We keep information only as long as needed for the above purposes or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. Account credentials are deleted when you leave the programme or on request.
You may access, correct or request deletion of your information, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email support@moneymomentum.co.za.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures and restrict access to sensitive data. No system is completely secure, but we take safeguarding seriously and act promptly on any incident.
