1. Nature of our business

Money Momentum is a digital skills and content-creation training and creator program. Members are taught, through an online course, community and step-by-step guidance, how to create and distribute AI-assisted social media content. Members who participate in the creator program can earn a monthly income by producing and posting content according to our program. Money Momentum is operated by Lit Creations 786 (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2022/794573/07). It is a commercial training and creator-program service; it is not an accredited academic institution.

2. What you get

Full access to the Money Momentum online creator course.
Your content drives and assets for producing posts.
Access to the private members community and team support.
Participation in the creator program, including the monthly earning opportunity.

3. Pricing & cost structure

R999 once-off joining fee

Paid once, on joining. Grants your access to the course, drives, community and creator program.

R499 per month membership

Billed monthly, recurring, until you cancel. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Billing & renewals

The R999 joining fee is charged once at sign-up.
The R499 monthly membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by Payfast. We do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your R499/month membership at any time — there is no lock-in contract.
On cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
To cancel, contact the team through the members community or at the support email below.

6. Refund policy — our results guarantee

We stand behind the program with an earnings-based guarantee:

If you complete the program in full and still do not earn at least R3,000 (approximately $200 USD) in a qualifying month from working with us, you are entitled to a refund.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, a member must be able to show that they genuinely followed the program, specifically:

Completed the Money Momentum course.
Set up their accounts as instructed.
Posted content consistently, to the schedule set out in the program, for the full qualifying month.
Submitted their posting activity / proof of work to the team.

A refund claim must be made within 14 days of the end of the qualifying month. Where a member has met all program requirements and still earned under R3,000 ($200) that month, we refund the fees paid for that period. Because course and content access is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds outside of this results guarantee (for example, change of mind after access is granted) are not offered.

7. Member responsibilities

Follow the program and all platform rules of the networks you post on.
Clearly disclose AI-generated content as required by law on every post.
Keep your account login details secure and accurate.
Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

8. Liability

Money Momentum provides training, tools and a program. Aside from the results guarantee in section 6, income is not otherwise guaranteed and depends on each member's own effort and consistency. To the extent permitted by law, Lit Creations (Pty Ltd) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
